Everything ships from our workshop in Stockholm, Sweden.
Shipping
- We ship worldwide with tracking.
- Orders are usually packed and sent within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your country.
- US orders: import duties are prepaid by us and included in the shipping cost – nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Other orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country.
Returns & exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in their original condition – if not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt).
Payment
Payments are handled securely by Stripe – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local methods depending on your country. We never see or store your card details.
